An integral part of the PMO Community of Practice (CoP) creating standards and processes to roll out to delivery teams.

Working on a major transformation programme within PGDS which included outsourcing part of its services and transforming the business. Working with a consultation partner to design and implement a governance framework and structure. Managing the PMO team to ensure the governance framework was being adhered to and that reporting, communications and risk and issue management were in place and adding value.

MS&E was previously part of the company Macmillan Publishers Ltd.Portfolio Officer/Business Manager for the Business Systems department. This was working on the major transformation/change programme that was taking place in the newly formed Macmillan Science and Education company, as well as the merger that later took place with Springer Business and Media. This role was part of the management team.

Recruited back into previous RBS department, initially as the Programme PMO for the Conflicts programme. A high profile and critical programme ensuring adherence to FSA regulations, managing conflicts of interest globally across all RBS divisions.

Digital Delivery Services (DDS) in the eCommerce department of the Wealth and Investment Management division of Barclays. Programme level PMO working on one of Barclay’s high profile and critical Gamma programmes delivering key benefits to wealth and investment clients. Responsible for delivering key information and artifacts to both the business management area, Central PMO as well as overall programme level activities

Department level PMO for the Cross Products & Utilities IT area. Initially as additional PMO support for both departments. Additional responsibilities added as Programme PMO for the COBAM (Client On Boarding) Programme due to the size and regulatory nature of this high priority, critical delivery for the business. A PMO role to support the Transformation Project Manager and COBAM Programme Manager to ensure a new governance structure put in place to satisfy key recommendations and to give ongoing support to the programme.

Recruited back into previous ABN department, initially working on the integration of ABN Compliance & Legal IT department into the RBS Regulatory & Operational Risk IT department. Sole PMO supporting the Regulatory & Operational Risk IT department across all areas – Core, Integration & Investment. This included rolling out key RBS processes across the department and ensuring programme & project managers aware of key process & tool changes between the 2 banks to allow the department to function successfully within the new RBS infrastructure.

Promotion to a Lead PMO role with a double reporting line to the Central PMO and the Compliance & Legal delivery manager. Supporting the global management team and ensuring communication from Central PMO to Compliance & Legal IT department and the successful rollout and support of PMO processes.

Initially as a portfolio PMO in a large investment bank within the Global Markets Portfolio supporting the portfolio manager and project managers reviewing Trade Market Abuse and other Compliance requirements.
