WHAT WE DOIf you want to improve your quality of life by spending time out in nature and growing through social connection with others and if you enjoy working on your own personal inner journey then our walking workshops are for you.We’ll be going on a 3-4 mile ‘Inner Journey Outside’ walk, in one of Plymouth’s beautiful nature reserves, enjoying and lapping up the sights and sounds of nature.We will be resting at intervals to do our workshop on themed topics around common human challenges, for example, 'How do we create quality time for ourselves when we have such busy lives?' Working as a group and in pairs, exploring and discovering what we feel about the topic, taking notes if we wish to on the worksheets provided and coming up with our own plan of action for improving things over the coming weeks.We finish each walk with a picnic and a moments quiet time to digest everything we’ve been experiencing.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We also have a rambling/connection walk on Dartmoor once a month which is another opportunity to get outside, get some fresh air, have some exercise and make some new connections.
