Started with the Floridamediators.org group. Then North Carolina, Georgia, and on and on until the NADN was "born" out of all the others. We now have 1100+ members- all distinguished mediators and arbitrators - nationwide and still growing. Duties include responding to membership requests, checking references of potential members, member care, work with contact database creation and other marketing assistance. Also attend and exhibit at conferences for lawyers and paralegals in several states, for the benefit of the members.

Prior to incorporating, I served in various temporary free lance positions, in house and virtually while building what was ultimately to become A+ Virtual Assistant, Inc.

Assisted attorneys in multi-million dollar personal injury, products liability and medical malpractices cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims.

Managed all administrative tasks for sole legal practitioner relative to office / business management including operations, finance, systems and policy administration, IT requirements, and filing efficiencies. Maintained extensive client contact, wrote demand letters, prepared lawsuits and coordinated written discovery

Assisted Sr. Partner in primarily defense cases. Many high-profile clients and insurance companies. All phases of litigation from inception to trial preparation and appeals - up to Supreme Court.
