Mr. Mullin has extensive litigation experience and has tried to conclusion more than 50 jury trials and numerous bench trials in disputes involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, toxic tort and insurance coverage. Mullin's litigation experience has been recognized for many years in Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA. Benchmark Litigation has repeatedly named Mullin a "Local Litigation Star." Mullin has also been inducted into the International Association of Defense Counsel, Litigation Counsel of America and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Additionally, since 2000 Mullin has served as a mediator in over 4,000 disputes, with over 90% resulting in a successful agreement. Mr. Mullin has been inducted into the International Academy of Mediators, the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, and is a charter member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He was a founding member of the Nebraska Mediation Association.
