While I conducted careful research and consulted experts, I knew it was my dream to own a business even since I observed my mentor owning hers. I saw a real opportunity to make an impact at a company that excelled in providing a valuable service in the community. I made the leap in 2012 to become the Owner and President. My primary objective after acquiring the business was to make it scalable. Now that we have project managers, we take on a variety of both extremely large and relatively small accounts. This empowers us to focus on customer service and emphasizes to the client how important they are to our team.Ultimately, my dream for Nova Creative is for all our clients to view us as a marketing partner. From direct mail to digital advertising, we can be an extension of an existing marketing department or a complete outsource.
