Hi, I'm Rose. Born and raised in Dallas but I've traveled around our beautiful planet, exposing myself to a variety of people and cultures. I've worked in a variety of jobs and learned, used, and retained different skills along the way. I always find my way to management, I truly enjoy leading a team and seeing that everyone succeeds. I've worked hard to hone my calm and healthy communication skills; There is no problem that communication and a problem solving attitude can't solve. I want my team to feel heard, encourage growth, and building a team mentality as opposed to an "every person for themselves" mentality. I enjoy growing and bettering myself as well, life is a learning opportunity that should have no end, I apply that to my work ethic as well. You should always be open to growing and being the best person and employee you can be. I've always had a passion for art and communications, I love connecting with other people and art is a wonderful medium for that. I was a natural fit for Graphic Designs, digital art and animation lights a fire in my spirit. I am constantly looking to learn new mediums, currently in the process of learning web design.
