Rose was responsible for the management of the technology practice of Weber Shandwick across Australia.

As 2IC within the technology practice, Rose was responsible overseeing program development, client counsel and team leadership. Key clients included NetApp, Concur, Kensington, Lenovo, NETGEAR and QlikTech

Within this position, Rose successfully developed and implemented effective communications programs for Symantec, Samsung, VHA, Concur and NAVTEQ

Not long after arriving in Sydney, Rose commenced at Hudson Global Resources managing its Australian advertising portfolio. This role involved brand management, creative direction and copywriting as well as liaising with recruitment professionals across it's eight Australian business locations.

Rose began her career in communications with the representative body for the Irish national newspaper industry, which respresents 10 members including Independent Newspapers and The Irish Times. During this period, Rose was responsible for content development, asset management, event management and strategy support. She was part of the team that implemented the World Association of Newspapers' 56th World Newspaper Congress & 10th World Editors Forum and assisted in the establishment of the Industry Taskforce on Newspaper & Magazine Waste Management in response to Ministerial & EU directive. Rose was promoted three times during her time at the NNI.
