At CERTIFY Health, my focus is the Customer Success program. Key responsibilities include the planning and development of external training initiatives and leading a re-development of our existing customer reporting standards. I enjoy drawing from my previous experience in Operations to automate processes and streamline workflows. As a project manager, I am an experienced leader of SaaS implementations for enterprise and mid-market level Healthcare organizations. I liaise between the customer and the organization and ensure that key stakeholders work collaboratively and communicate openly to achieve their project goals and milestones, and to achieve go-live on time and on budget. Having led several procurement exercises and collaborated on internal contract revamps, I have been able to draw on my experience as a lawyer to secure favorable and commercially astute terms. Throughout my career, I have mentored new starters and junior team members extensively, and as a result, I have a special interest in developing knowledge libraries for organizations to ensure that past reporting and projects are banked for future reference, in a way that is clearly categorized, easily accessible, and continuously updated.
