I am a partner at Harper Grey LLP practicing in the areas of estate litigation, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and bankruptcy and insolvency. In my wills and estates disputes practice, I represent executors, beneficiaries, and family members in resolving disputes about the distribution of estates and related matters. I am Co-Chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation Group, and Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Group. In my insolvency practice, I act for financial institutions and trust companies in security enforcement and insolvency matters. I also have an active bankruptcy and insolvency practice advising creditors, debtors, and trustees.I have a special interest in analyzing and solving tricky legal puzzles.
