In my years of doing technical research on nutritional weight management, I have been able to research a wide range of topics, ingredients and program approaches for weight loss. A key focus has been investigating particular aspects of diet and metabolism and learning about specialty ingredients which have supported the introduction of a variety of products and programs. I have been pleased to assist our clients in incorporating the latest products into customized programs and to support the success of their patients by providing information the product nutritional profiles as well as literature summaries on many pertinent and timely topics. My background as a food technologist has given me a unique perspective to participate in many aspects of product development, manufacturing and supporting the customization of other unique, high protein products as well as assuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety. Particular areas of concentration have included programs and materials to support weight loss maintenance, research and support for functional food products, as well as coordination and collaboration for educational materials and customized programs for use in medical and clinical settings.
