Working on registrations within CQC I lead the research for this project. We have just launched private Beta in April 2020. As the lead User Researcher on Registrations I am responsible for recruiting users for sessions, conducting these and feeding back the findings regularly to the team and stakeholders.During the last 6 months I have been carrying out remote accessibility sessions with users who have reasonable adjustments in place and/or use assistive technology. Covering a range of accessibility needs (cognitive, visual, physical, auditory) we have been able to understand what we need to change on our service to make it inclusive and accessible for all users.
