Dedicated to growing and strengthening the Microsoft Power Platform User Groups across multiple dimensions, including geographic reach, influencer engagement, volunteer recruitment, and identifying opportunities to keep the User Group on the forefront of relevance.• Conducted regular focus groups to help understand the audience, identify shifts in user/partner needs, trends, and product strategy and to develop programs, strategies and relationships to grow the community size and revenue. • Oversaw long-term program strategy, structure, logistical planning, execution and expansion of Local User Group program worldwide. • Designed, created and executed on a Power Platform World Tour event series that funded the Power Platform User Groups, created over a 90% growth in our local communities the first year with 7 event locations, and expanded to 22 event locations, 13 countries and 5 languages in 2019. • Responsible for planning and onsite execution of the Power Platform User Group Summit events in three countries related to educational content, engagement, and networking. • Led the online Power Platform User Group community from concept through incubation to over 80,000 members, 400 local user groups, and 1500 volunteers.
