I began my journey as a volunteer in 2004. Eager to get my coworkers involved, I developed and led volunteer initiatives within the bank I worked for. An ever-growing passion for giving back led me to pursue a degree in Nonprofit Management and from there I began working within the nonprofit sector to develop and scale volunteer programs. From program development to strategic planning, my focus is always on building an efficient and vibrant volunteer program. I help both nonprofit and for-profit organizations develop and scale robust volunteer programs, allowing people to serve their community in the most effective and inspiring way. I do this by using a strategic human centered approach based on my knowledge in social impact, volunteerism, and program design.
