As a part of quality assurance analyst my work is to check all the processed payment transaction with 100% accuracy and settle them for the final posting, if any miss happened with the transaction or if found any error giving back to original processor for correction. collaboration with the other site teams, making RCA report to overcome the errors and financial errors, along with that provided process training to the team members and newly hired associates. settling TFE report and sharing the same with manager.

As a process associate I was working on the payment transaction settlement, where I was handling all payout transaction and working on sop Updation, helping internal team members, execution of plan of action on day to day activity. connecting with CSM regarding plan rule issues and providing the same update to the team, managing team queries and resolution on time.
