1. Prepare Technical Specifications and Tender documents for procurement of engineering services. 2. Prepare business cases,evaluate tender bids and innovate through modern technology integration and QC.3. Contract/contractor management - prepare RFE's/RFI's, payment schedules and work completion certificates etc.4. Project Manage installation and commissioning of all mechanical plant and equipment including overseeing the provision of contractors. Project involvement from planning (design) to completion. 5. Preparing project reports and contributing towards budget planning.6. Provide technical assistance in the remedial work required for mechanical plant and equipment - including engines, turbines, pumps, compressors, Heating and ventilation etc.7. Update mechanical schematic drawings and appropriate documentation on completion of upgrading works.8. Plan and assist in carrying out regular maintenance of plant and equipment and other operational activity. 9. Prepare scope of works, delegate teams and ensure work quality is bench-marked against highest standards.10. Maintain the Occupational Health and Safety requirements of FEA and the Fiji legislation. Carry out job safety analysis (JSA), prepare safe work procedures, carry out safety inductions etc.
