As a Consultant Data Solutions Engineer at Atorus, I apply my passion for science and big data to help clients solve complex problems and optimize their data-driven decisions. I have 8 years of experience in academia, where I completed a PhD at The University of Manchester and a postdoctoral research associate position at The University of Edinburgh, researching cartilage regeneration and autism spectrum disorders using NGS and stem cells.During my academic career, I developed strong skills in big data analysis, R programming, shiny, data visualization, and multiomics data analysis, using large RNA-seq datasets to uncover the hidden cell dynamics. I obtained a certification in data science from DataCamp. I enjoy creating and delivering tutorials, as I did for 6th Form students as a Brilliant Club Tutor.
