CurrentI am a leader of Integrated Portfolio Services focused on corporate solutions and work dynamics. I’ve been honored with the prestigious Top Gun (top 1% globally) award for my performance. I help global clients transform their real estate portfolios (office, industrial, data center, retail, and land) to align with their business operations; matching real estate with business needs to generate synergies, savings, and revenue for the enterprise. My team and I have executed a range of projects, including preparing to take firms public (IPO), start-up firms that are beginning to grow/expand, adjusting for potential bankruptcies, and support with mergers and acquisitions. We are also expert in the creation and development of corporate real estate functions internally within companies, how to staff them, set up processes and playbooks, and defining the governances/reporting structures. Our multi-disciplinary team of subject matter experts provides support across the globe to truly empower corporate real estate leaders to drive enterprise-wide value creation to their organizations through the transformation of their real estate portfolio for any business endeavor. I am the Sponsor for the Surplus Properties Roundtable where we help advise large organizations on the prudent approach to managing the full lifecycle of their surplus assets portfolios, typically with legacy assets which have complicated environmental challenges to solution.
