Supervise 5.5 FTE Librarians, and 1.5 FTE Library Assistants. Develop and administer a $500K collections budget. Oversee and approve employee scheduling. Direct, develop, and coach a 50 person Operations Team and oversee a $3.8M budget at a 54,000 square foot building with a 344K volume collection and a 2.5M annual circulation. Cultivate positive relationships with a large, diverse staff, which include management, professional and clerical employees.
