-Responsible for developing, organizing and instructing the camps evening programs.-Developed and ran the program for morning assembly-Assisted Land and Water Directors to develop ideas for their programs-Responsible for the discipline and communication with male staff and campers-Responsible for taking or returning calls to parents of male campers with regards to their queries.-In the event of a male camper becoming sick, injured or in the event that their behaviour has warranted they be sent home from camp I was responsible for making the phone call home to parents-Responsible for elements of staff training during the orientation weeks-Responsible for record keeping in relation to injuries and discipline, filling out incident report forms.
