There is currently gap in Cyber Security training for employees. The Cyber Security specialists know the information they want the employees to know, but they fall short on teaching the employees why it is important for them to use the security technique. I can take the principal that is trying to be taught and connect it to the employee on a personal level. So that each employee understands the critical function and reason they need to follow protocols to protect themselves and the organization. There are quite a number of employees that do not make the connection of, if the company that I am working for gets hacked and has to pay out a lot of money I might get laid off. I think I can fill this GAP. I have the skills necessary to investigate and create functional presentations to transform employees minds about Cyber Security.For three years I worked on research teams on projects that lasted anywhere from two weeks to six months. Some of the projects ended with presentations and some with award winning research papers. I found out that I love that nerdy stuff and am pursuing a job presenting. I have plenty of experience researching and interviewing professionals on a subject to collaborate with. With higher than average PowerPoint skills, I have created and can create entertaining and innovative ways to attract the audience. I have also in a pinch had to present without the assistance of visual aid. I also have a list of Ice Breakers that are fun and pull people out of there shells. I am currently in the process of creating at least two different motivational speeches, both of them geared around Business Communication. I can speak on a wide variety of things already and always looking to expand my knowledge base.
