As the eCommerce Manager at Livecopper for three years, I led a diverse team of seven, including specialists in web design, graphic design, social media, data architecture, category management, and PPC. My role encompassed hiring, recruiting, and managing significant projects, notably achieving a 100% sales increase during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I oversaw daily eCommerce activities, planned and executed marketing campaigns, and implemented both long-term and short-term strategies. Additionally, I introduced a fully automated refunds process and managed SEO, PPC, web development, content planning, and business operations.

As an intern at One Life Church, I edited weekly news videos and led a team of over 30 people managing live streaming, IMAG, cameras, and AV equipment. I managed product data and developed an automated system to convert unstructured product data into structured display page data, which evolved into Livecopper's PIM. Additionally, I implemented an automated method to manage stock from various suppliers.
