Power house control system conversion from Baily to Moore APACS DCS. Design and implementation of refinery wide expert system using Gensym's G2 software. DCS and PLC Programming using IEC 6-1131 3 programming languages as well as legacy ladder logic languages. Automation of evaporators, decolourisation, carbonitation, filtration, mingling, sweetland mud press', BMA and western states centrifuges, bone char kiln and cisterns, remelt and white sugar vacuum pans, vacuum vapor mains.
