As an IT Director for a large non-profit human services organization, what drives me is the opportunity to leverage technology to make a positive impact on people's lives. In my current role, I oversee IT Operations and Cybersecurity for 150+ sites supporting over 3,300 staff and 7500 volunteers who serve in 175+ program areas.I am passionate about solving complex problems and implementing innovative solutions that help our organization deliver better services to our clients. My experience includes leading large-scale technology projects and managing teams to deliver results that align with our strategic goals.Over the course of my career, I have held various roles in IT, which has given me a unique perspective and allows me to connect the dots across seemingly unrelated areas. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Science in Information Security, and I am an active CISSP.One of my proudest achievements was helping navigate our organization through the pandemic resulting in a significant increase in operational efficiency and rapid organizational change.
