Leading a programme of work to digitise the interrelated customer journey between a series of vehicle management and personalised registration transactions. Including delivering two of the Government Digital Service (GDS) Transformation Programme Exemplar services; 'tell DVLA you've sold, transferred or bought a vehicle into the Motor Trade' and 'take a registration number off a vehicle'.
