From initial RGB camera export, to final web ready image delivery for Online Sales, the journey therewith is highly skilled and requires a high level of colour retouching experience. Understanding the multitude of varying media devices and their own unique native settings for displaying images, is an integral part of the workflow. There are many variations of 'artwork' to work with - paintings, books, sculptures, jewellery, ceramics, silver, watches, furniture, or a unique single owner sale which can consist of many various pieces of property. All are equally as colour critical as each other. In addition to the Online sales (RGB Workflow), the Printed catalogues also require a skilled interaction for accurate CMYK rendering.Managing our highly skilled and experienced offshore team of colour retouchers located in Chennai, I/we are always innovating to ensure the optimum delivery of imagery.As well as managing our Chennai image team, I work closely with the Hong Kong, New York, Geneva, Zurich, Cologne and Milan offices with their Colour/ Catalogue PDF workflow requirements.
