Implement, co-ordinate and project manage planned maintenance and minor capital works programs.

Manage the Public Housing maintenance contract. Manage sub-contractors performing maintenance works on the DoH properties as per the contractual requirements.

Supervising sub-contractors performing maintenance works on Public schools and on Public Housing assets to ensure works were completed on time, on budget and in accordance with contractual obligations and good building practices.

Assess Building Development Applications to ensure they complied with the Building Act, Standard Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards, related Codes of Practice and the Integrated Planning Act. Inspected/audited buildings and structure at various stages of construction for compliance.
