I'm a VP, Investment Manager at RBC Community Investments where I'm responsible for the equity underwriting and closing of "affordable" multifamily real estate transactions utilizing Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), and Energy Tax Credits (ETC). I am also responsible for originating LIHTC equity in Kentucky and Indiana.

I co-manage deal closings and am responsible for the up front financial structuring of LIHTC and HTC transactions.

I assist in the forecasting and underwriting of low-income housing tax credit properties.
