Organise, attend and minute multi-disciplinary and progress team meetings with clients, contractors, Statutory Authorities, consultants and other interested parties. Assist with the processing of new applications for off-street car park season tickets. Assist with the licensing process for applications to place scaffold and hoardings on the public highway. Monitor the electricity usage of City car parks, service subways, public lifts, fountains and miscellaneous properties including public lighting on behalf of the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Group. Arrange meetings with Divisional Directors, Principal Officers and external parties
