Ross has an extensive career spanning many years as a management consultant helping clients to succeed in the more effective conduct of the organisations, mainly in Australia and including New Zealand and the US.He has an honours degree in Commerce from the University of NSW, is a chartered management consultant and a global remuneration specialist.He founded PropertyPricer when he became frustrated seeking valuations on residential properties. Ross found the current property valuation methods weren't so current, but in fact were outdated and worse, inaccurate.Thinking there had to be a better way, and using his extensive experience in management consulting, Ross set out to develop a brand new method based on measurements and calculations, and removing the guesswork.It took two years of research and dedication to get the model to work effectively and include calculations that produced accurate property valuations. Confident the model worked, Ross took another year to refine it so it was ready to be offered to accountants as a better way to meet ATO requirements, all while saving time and money.
