 Oversee Praesidium’s work with K-12 public, private, and boarding schools in the United States, consulting with other clients such as religious institutions, municipalities, and universities. Develop and facilitate online and in-person abuse & sexual harassment prevention trainings for schools, universities, community organizations, and camps. Advise school leadership on creating systems of accountability and goal setting, as well as the correct roll-out and implementation of systematic abuse prevention practices.  Conduct system wide audits for schools, universities, and other organizations to determine necessary remedial action plans. Draft, edit and review employment policies, handbooks, processes and procedures. Chaired a committee tasked with overhauling over 100 abuse prevention and employment policies and procedures to share with clients, leading benchmarking research on similarly situated organizations.
