With over ten years of work experience, I am a passionate and dedicated History Teacher at SAU 64 - Milton School District. I have a strong background in data analysis, communication, and Microsoft Excel, as well as a certification in Project Management Fundamentals. My mission is to inspire and educate students to become critical thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and lifelong learners. I value diversity, collaboration, and innovation and strive to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students.As a History Teacher, I adapt the curriculum to provide individual, small group, and remedial instruction, increasing student creativity, collaboration, and communication skills. I also develop standards for critical analysis through group discussion and evaluate each student's progress individually and in collaborative learning experiences. Additionally, I collect data to assess and modify curriculum and to plan differentiated instruction, enhancing the quality of instruction. Previously, I worked as a Sports Scout for iScout Safety Reporting, where I attended games, viewed videotapes, and studied statistics of the athletes to determine their talent and potential. I also communicated with the athletes and the coaches and arranged for and offered incentives to prospective players.
