As Manager of RamJam Music Co. My duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Organise and supervise the smooth running of the Store, it's processes and procedures.To ensure that other members of staff adhere to company policy and processes to provide the highest standard of customer service.Oversee the running of the repair workshop and its staff. Ensuring repairs are booked in on our system correctly, issues are communicated clearly between the Sales and Repairs Departments and keeping the customers informed throughout. Testing the repairs once completed before customer collection. To assist customers to make informed decisions regarding purchase of the companies products and services.To ensure that sales targets are met and exceeded month to month in line with company expectations.Preparing for and exhibiting at Guitar shows within the UK, promoting our own products that are made in-house and network with other businesses in the industry.Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local businesses who could benefit from our services. Conducting regular stock checks and creating order lists. Contacting suppliers and placing stock orders via supplier portal system. Administrative tasks regarding organisation of supplier invoices for company records.

My main role and responsibility as Sales Assistant was to be the first point of contact for customers and make their shopping experience in RamJam as enjoyable and informative as possible.

I taught pupils of all ages and varying levels. The main aim was to pass on my love and passion for guitar. I found this a very rewarding experience and enjoyed being able to pass on my knowledge.

Short term contract position for teaching a media class for young adults with learning difficulties who attended college once a week while they were still in education at secondary school. Mainly covering basic use of computers and media whilst creating a comfortable and positive learning environment.

Originally taken on for a position in Internal Sales, I began my employment with Ross Electrical with a preliminary period in the warehouse to familiarise myself with the products and workings of the company. Due to unforseen staffing problems, I remained in the warehouse as a Storeman for the majority of my time with the company, however I did have training and work experience on the trade counter.Warehouse duties included but were not limited to:- Supporting in the general day to day operations of the warehouse- Picking, Packing and labelling items for dispatch- Prepare packages correctly and in time for collection by courier company- Load/unload vehicles - Taking deliveries and booking items into stock- Maintain effective stock control- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse in line with health and safety regulations- Take part in stock take

My main responsibilities as Stores Operative included but were not limited to:- taking in morning deliveries- organising stock for distribution to the different departments across all floors- organising stock that needed to be put out on the shop floor by the evening team- generally assisting all departments as needed
