I instruct classes of up to eight people on an artificial hill. Ages can vary from very young to much older, and I must address each rider's needs individually while teaching the class as a whole

Developed my leadership skills and articulation, as explaining concepts to children really needs you to understand what you're trying to convey and then explain as simply as possible.

Working with Google Apps, providing support to users on an international level. Part of the email team, but also assist customers in migrating data from their legacy systems, such as Microsoft Exchange, and syncing their data with Google Apps using mail clients such as Apple Mail and Microsoft Outlook.

Worked at front desk in this Youth Hostel. Took online bookings, created and replied to emails concerning bookings, facilities and general questions about the hostel. Every day I would check in new guests from all around the world, gained a lot of experience in dealing with customers. Also took bookings over the phone for manual bookings for potential guests.

Usually work on the tills, interacting with customers and fellow crew members. Must be friendly, polite and generally charismatic ensure that the work goes smoothly. When working in kitchen preparing food need to be able to respond to level of demand from customers, i.e. ensuring there is enough food without producing waste.

Worked in the IT department. Spent my time developing the company's Intranet in a team of two people. Learned to use InfoPath 2010 and SharePoint 2010.Also became apt with dealing with queries and problems people have with their computers and solving general IT problems

Regularly work on the tills. Count the money at the start at end of my shifts but also bear witness to managers counting the cash when sending it to the bank. Handle complaints and queries by the customers if they have any problems and try to deal with it as soon as possible.As a result of working here, I’ve developed excellent communication skills. Often I have been put in charge of training new crew members when they start, so I find it easy to speak with new people and get on well with people.
