For the last seven years I’ve been focused on building and nourishing one of the most purposeful and effective communities on the planet. Unreasonable is all about re-purposing capitalism by driving resources to entrepreneurs around the world who have chosen business as a tool to address the biggest social and environmental challenges of our time. Before that I curated and delivered intimate gatherings like the DO Lectures USA, rode my bike from Canada to Mexico, swam from Alcatraz to San Francisco, surf coached at a luxury surf resort in Costa Rica, finished my first Ironman and helped shape the voice of the brand at a small cold water surf company called Finisterre. I’ve had some incredible mentors and damn I've learnt a lot. Through a personal growth lens, I’ve been on a bit of a journey, I’ve experienced the incredible powers of MDMA assisted therapy, become a Buteyko breathing practitioner, I've been blessed with a wildly brilliant selection of therapists and read a mountain of books on wellbeing, communication, stress, masculinity, habits, motivation, the human mind and exercise. I'm always excited to talk to anyone on a similar path. I also love chasing waves around the world, running, cycling, and swimming and I'm probably the most optimistic Liverpool and Welsh football fan on the planet.

I had a blast working at one of the finest luxury surf resorts in the world. Week long surfing packages for adults where the mechanics of surfing are broken down and surf lingo is replaced with clear concise instruction. As well as in water coaching I also delivered theory classes on meteorology, paddling technique, trimming and carving turns, angled take offs along with detailed video analysis of more advanced surfers.
