I am a Chartered Chemical Engineer with technical expertise and strong people & project management skills specialising in wastewater and sludge treatment processes, environmental compliance, regional production planning and harnessing data to drive performance. Within my role, I am a leader within the Bioresources operational and strategy teams and am required to leads teams towards delivering improved operational performance and compliance with regulatory commitments. I am responsible for and directly manage the performance of both an operational team and a strategic project team. I utilise continuous improvement techniques to drive operational excellence to align the strategic projects I am working on to the overall department KPIs and operational needs. I have a strong technical background in process/chemical engineering that enables me to be an effective problem solver and provides a strong technical foundation for decision making. Data is an important aspect of any operational process, and I have very good experience and proficiency in data management and transformation projects, which I am currently leading within my department, as well as proficiency in Python, Tableau, Elastic Search and all Microsoft packages.
