Sales Support Specialist
Current -Set up and maintain accounts both internally and on the company website -Prepare monthly reports for customers -Prepare monthly sales and margin type of reports for sales reps -Generate billing and reports for our Managed Print Services customers -Help generate contract and bid pricing and maintain them in our system -Generate Price Comparisons for potential business -Daily use of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) software -Daily use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel -Utilization of Acsellerate and Sales-i reporting systems -Handle specific needs of certain customers -Assist managers and sales representatives with special projects and tasks -General office duties including filing, faxing, copying, and general housekeeping
