I have 40 years' experience in offshore oil/gas, and renewable energy, with in-depth experience in managing major design projects, i.e. >£100 million (2018 prices) in design fees alone. My career changed direction with the invention of the Carruthers Wheel, which promises cheap, baseload electricity from existing weirs and equivalent, whilst giving a good rate of return on the money invested.
