Ross has been involved in the jewelry industry for over 25 years, helping retailers learn to run their stores more effectively and grow their businesses. In Punchmark's early days, Ross was responsible for engineering Punchmark's Edge point-of-sale integration, building their Premium Brand program, and for co-developing what has become the most supported website platform in the jewelry industry. Ross resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife and two young boys, and his favorite part of being a dad is being a kid. As an avid runner, he has run nearly 50 marathons and ultra-marathons, including the 100-mile distance. He feels that running a business is a lot like running a marathon in the sense that achieving long-term goals requires a commitment to learning, training, and working with incredibly talented people. That's why his mission is to continue building the technology that will fuel the industry, in order to help retailers reach every milestone that defines their success.
