In this leadership role, I guided essential IT operations, infrastructure, teams, information security and production/post technology for a leader in social media engagement and content creation services. Designed and oversaw implementations of AWS cloud for media workflows, Dropbox for enterprise, TPN adherence, network redesigns and S3 glacier backups.

Headed IT department operations, security, teams and infrastructure central to supporting production/post and design teams for an Emmy award-winning creative, experiential, content and post production studio. Designed and oversaw implementations such as Okta and Active Directory, Teradici PCoIP, Aspera, Isilon clusters, SANs, multi-region Thinkbox deadline, etc. Forecasted and managed annual budgets.

Led IT initiatives and designed workflows for motion, post production, interactive and experiential technology. Designed and implemented networks, storage solutions, render farms and video workflows. Also designed and implemented solutions to make multi-region content creation possible.

This position with Digital Kitchen entailed leadership of IT for their Chicago office. Supporting edit suites, motion/design teams and the infrastructure serving them as well as building a Thinkbox Deadline render farm.

My primary responsibility was front-line technical support for the Chicago office’s IT department. Supported all in-house infrastructure including macOS, Windows, Linux servers as well as switches, SAN's, render farms and tape backup systems.
