Ross enjoys working through regulatory requirements and structuring complex transactions and documentation.Ross’ significant recent projects include:● Representing an insurance company in the formation of only the second mutual insurance holding company ever formed under Minnesota law● Representing a tribal development company in connection with a $5 million equity investment in a local manufacturing company● Representing a Native American tribe in an investment in a local manufacturing company totaling $13 million in debt and equity● With one of his partners, representing an insurance company in the purchase of an insurance company for $140 millionHis experience includes representation of both sellers and buyers in large and small corporate acquisitions; advising clients in private and public offerings of securities; advising Native American tribes in business development, financing, contract and other matters, advising banks and insurance companies in regulatory matters and working on a variety of debt and equity financing projects.
