➢ SSE have recently changed ERP system and I have been leading for the Group Finance side of reporting. This has involved working with various finance teams to ensure the new system requirements to fulfil each teams duties. This involved, but not limited to, creating new, automatic, reports and dashboards based off of this new system.

This mindset has allowed me to enhance processes by making our month end process more efficient by either setting up automatic journals or creating ways to make processes more efficient. It has also allowed myself to optimise financial performance and reporting by creating new automatic reports that are smaller in size, whilst being able to identify opportunities for future change in the long-run.➢ I have also created process notes from scratch for each task that is needed within my role and my wider teams roles.➢ I support the budget and forecasting process as well as being involved in the external audit process and therefore have had the opportunity to work with stakeholders and various teams throughout the business.➢ I assist with internal and external reporting.

I started off as a sales assistant on the shop floor, however with my proactive mindset I have been trained in every aspect of the store, including the banking and numbers side of the business. I helped with the training of new employees. I was also involved with the organisation and running of "community outreach" within the store.
