2020 – 2021 • Implemented SharePoint to create a secure file transfer portal in response to the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) created by the SBA to serve over +600 customers. • Developed an Enterprise Risk Management program to highlight potential risks to the Bank from key business processes categories such as Operational, Credit and Compliance risk.• Maintain and educate staff on Microsoft Teams as part of the Bank’s response to pandemic communication challenges. • Developed an employee cybersecurity awareness program to address rising cyber threats to the Bank and staff using KnowBe4. • Work with vendors to implement new technologies in a secure and documented fashion, with the goal of improving processes for staff. • Work with management and auditors to ensure the proper organization and maintenance of regulatory IT reporting including Risk Assessments, Dataflows, Business Continuity Planning, and audit item requests. 2018 - 2020• Participated in project work groups and committees providing recommendations towards achieving desired goals. • Developed and maintained risk assessments to ensure compliance with IT regulatory guidelines including GLBA/Bank Secrecy Act/US Patriot/Privacy/Security and other regulations.• Created information security and asset based risk assessments to determine threats to business continuity, along with plans to mitigate identified threats. • Developed data flows to improve knowledge of sensitive data movement and security.• Implemented security improvements by assessing current situations and rising trends.• Performed penetration tests to identify and fix vulnerabilities ensuring network security. • Assisted employees with technical issues to minimize business continuity interruptions.
