• Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in OAG, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint within the customer’s business• Work with our customers to build relationships, learn about their businesses, and drive value based on our customers’ self-defined goals• Provide technical support and training to the Sales team to ensure optimum solutions and understanding are established for sales opportunities. This may include meetings both on and off site. Occasional overseas travel may be required• Partner with all necessary departments within OAG, bringing the necessary resources to the table to ensure a customer’s success with OAG• Assess the impact and significance of business changes and inform customers if deemed necessary to facilitate change and minimise impact• Develop a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and common objectives to appropriately map OAG features and associated business benefits to address their needs• Serve as a customer advocate in driving the evolution of OAG product and platform functionality and solutions integral to the customer's success• Address and resolve customers’ concerns, issues, questions and escalations quickly and professionally, coordinating internal resources as needed, and managing customer expectations effectively at all times• Ensure the on-time delivery and support of OAG Products

As Production Manager I was responsible for the outbound distribution of the OAG Data and Products, including SSIM (IATA SSIM Chapter 4 and IATA SSIM Chapter 7), Reference Data and APIs, encompassing both delivery and customer support to the global customer base. I managed the production team to ensure that both custom data and OAG Products were created and delivered to schedule, and as per requirements. I constantly reviewed production processes to ensure each production was streamlined using as minimal resource as is required. I also worked closely with new customers to create data solutions to match their needs and to help them achieve their goals. Within the business I have become an expert on the data OAG holds and am adept at manipulating the data to provide the exact information required.
