A lot of my focus is on AIS Spoofing, where I have been approached to provide insights and clear definitions for both internal and external media teams. I also work closely with a broad range of departments within LLI to provide important details of the methods and models which provide our clients with the wealth of accuracte and interpretable information.

During my undegraduate degree, masters, and then my PhD, I was an outreach ambassador for the Physics, Astronomy and Mathematics department, at the University of Hertfordshire.The University's own observatory, located at Bayfordbury, was, once a month, open to the public. Working alongside members of staff within the school of Physics, Astronomy and Mathematics (PAM), to migrate current student-lecturer systems over to the new Canvas portal.I Attended training sessions and meetings to discuss methods for troubleshooting and supporting a broad range of queries about the usage of Canvas. We also relayed feedback from users (staff and students), which was fed back to the creators to better supplement changes and improrvements.

For many years I have helped my family during holiday periods, helping with planning delivery schedules, stock control, and general duties around the store. A major aspect that I helped with was the delivery of orders, aiding the driver in the most efficient means of getting from address to address, spotting the correct house for delivery. This has developed my knowledge of the area, along with how to get to certain areas with ease. Chiefly, for the Festival of Speed, and Revival events. This entailed preparing orders and quantity early in the morning, loading up lorries and vans efficiently, and then once on site, I used previous knowledge of event layouts to help deliver orders to the appropriate locations and customers. This occasionally included having to handle customer directions, complaints or suggestions. Show less

Deciding where best to use and move resources so as to maintain customer availability. Other tasks include reporting significant stats throughout the day to different departments who will then act upon the information to help with sales.
