As a Director in PwC’s Deals practice, I focused on due diligence, capital raising and M&A advice for companies in the technology, media and telecom sector and corporate venturing activities. In 2011, I was seconded to a corporate advisory firm supporting WAN on their acquisition of Seven West Media.

Manager in PwC’s deal practice working on a range of financial due diligence engagements and business restructuring activities in the Netherlands or for Dutch clients abroad.

Graduate through manager in the audit & assurance practice, including 3 years in Australia where I obtained by Charter Accountant registration and a further 2 years in the Netherlands on secondment. In the Netherlands, I worked in EY’s multi-national audit team focusing primarily on technology companies as well as those with US GAAP and/or Sarbanes–Oxley reporting obligations.
