Serve Credit Union members as member of the management team by practicing, implementing, and following sound management practices. Participate in the development and achievement of the Credit Union strategic plan and financial goals. Responsible for the administration and coordination of activities for the service-side of the branch office and personnel. Plan, organize, direct, and control the quality of services and daily operations of the Credit Union’s service staff. Serves as the branch Security Officer; promotes Credit Union products and service through various communication methods.

Manage daily operations of business side of clinic. Including; front reception and medical records staff. Responsible for training the reception staff to maximize scheduling of all patients for the seven providers. Managed and tracked patient flow to assure processes are efficient and effective. Train staff in utilization of new Electronic Medical Record System. Responsible for the planning, promoting, and implementing all outreach activities for SMMC such as; Break for Breakfast, community health fair, diabetic support, smoking cessation, MS support, childbirth preparation classes, Heart Health for Women, and scheduled doctor presentations, etc; these outreach activities averaged more than two per month.

Accountable for and oversee all phases of the credit union’s lending department. Increase lending from 9 million dollars, and three employees, to 53 million dollars and eight employees. Interview, hire, train and evaluate all loan dept staff for future advancement. Recommend and implement sound lending policies and procedures that meet financial goals and objectives of credit union, as well as member needs. Interview, analyze, process and disburse member loan requests daily. Participate in weekly management, and monthly board meetings. Help establish annual budget to determine future financial goals.
