Scotland

As Field Account Manager for Scotland, I was responsible for the relationship management and proactive development of new and existing business across a broad portfolio of school, college and local authority customers. Working in partnership with school and council leadership teams to help identify where new technologies can best help their teachers teach and learners learn.

Managed team of first and second line helpdesk engineers. SLAs consistently met across large estate of discrete Local Authority contracts. Monitored, compiled and presented weekly performance reporting to the Board and other key stakeholders.

Managed and maintained one of the world’s largest SharePoint implementations. Delivered 2nd and 3rd line technical support function to key users. Developed processes and oversaw delegation of certain key operational activities to offshore. Also held position of Change Manager, ensuring ITIL adherence throughout all service transition.

Built and maintained strong customer relationships with a portfolio of Enterprise customers, both on site and remotely. Worked across the business with Sales and Support teams, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and contract renewal.
