On a daily basis I consult with property general managers, sales managers and regional managers to improve strategy and execution for each business. Topics include all the various challenges small businesses face in the information age; from prospecting leads to nurturing clients, from SEO/SEM to direct mail, and from printed newsletters to content marketing.I also develop the marketing and technology infrastructure that is vital to Landscapes' properties success. This includes selecting, implementing and managing software solutions across the organization like Point of Sale, Tee Sheet, CRM, Intranet, Distribution and more. The best technology allows our facilities to market and manage their facilities better than the competition; and they allow us to aggregate data and make deeper insights into the industry than disparate systems would allow.

Heron Lakes Golf Club

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing tactics to maximize revenue at Heron Lakes Golf Club - a 36 hole municipal golf facility in Portland, Oregon. Areas of focus included branding, advertising, digital marketing, communication, golf/catering/event sales, pricing, strategy, event management and customer service. Grew event revenue 140% and total revenue 20% during tenure.

Stratton, Vermont

Club Manager at Stratton Mountain Club - a high-end private ski club located on the slopes of Stratton Mountain Resort, and the Stratton Mountain Country Club - a semi-private 27 hole golf club at the resort. Responsibilities included budgeting, staffing and financial accountability for for 8 separate business units within the Club division. Scope of business units included 4 F&B Outlets, concierge, valet, golf shop & merchandise. Reported to VP of Club Operations.

Resposible for managing all special events and outings as well as Outside Services staff.
