Making sure everyone were following the safety rules and company polices and regulations through trainings, information and constants walkthroughs. In charge of the entire company supplies and inventory.General report of sales and expenses, Submitting al data through Quick Books, Bookkeeping, Emails, Updating any information need it for the office.

A dispatcher is responsible for answering and recieving the calls, transmitting clear and reliable messages, tracking the calls to make sure the request is completed in a short period of time, and keep record of every call for future needed information. We must be able to make descisions, giving the calls the priority needed at the moment, were always making sure that our guests and employees safety comes first and that the request is completed.We are expected to be friendly and kind on the phone for every call, satisfying the guests expectations.We need to be able to work under presure due to the high demand of calls, teamwork is imporant here, and we have the confidence to ask questions to our superiors if we are unsure what decisions to make.

Our job is to provide our guests with an incredible service. So our job includes tasks such as; arrangements and organization of the food, serving the meal and monitoring other requirements of the guests. Part of our job is to recognize when a fellow server may need help and offers assistance gladly,safety its first so we need to make sure no one can get hurt and the job can be done as well. After the meal and once an event has concluded and the guests have left for the evening, the server will then clear the table of any remaining items and bring them back to their respective storage places.

Our responsibility as casino porters is to maintain the public area of the resort clean and safe for the guest. We are expected to be ready to answer any and all questions concerning the resort, such as; providing directions and promoting and suggesting locations for the comfort of the guest. Were expected to approach any lost guest always offering friendly and open help.We don't just provide clean areas but also a safe place for the guest and their family, taking precaution when we have to use chemicals and providing the right information of the areas on duty.
