Increasing the effectiveness of the R&D work, by doing the following:•Organize PI planning events, following which all teams have a comprehensive work plan to complete in upcoming releases, including mapping risks and dependencies.•Supporting the R&D teams with delivering projects on time by monitoring project progress through Azure DevOps and managing status meetings with all the relevant along the project, in order to manage risks and mitigate them. •Presenting the release progress to the executives at the end of each sprint to increasing the ability to make data-driven decisions.•Managing and delivering complex programs with a strong focus on on-time delivery and achieving program milestones like: Demos, Integration point between different development teams, QA tests, delivery commitment date for MVP and production, automation tests, documentation, knowledge transfer to support, etc.•Working closely with the R&D GMs, architects, and product team to meet the PI life cycle: preplanning, planning, and execution. to ensure everyone is prepared for the next PI with the relevant features.•Release management: Cut new version at the end of each PI.Upgrading the staging environment with the new version. Plan and prepare BH testing day with all the relevant.Make sure all bugs have been fixed (manage triage meetings) and start rolling out the version to production.Communicate the version rollout timeline internally (to CSMs, SEs and support teams).

•In charge of the Checkmarx HR business applications, primarily "SuccessFactors" in order to implement change management within HR processes by moving all tasks using "SuccessFactors".•Managing the project to replace Checkmarx's HR information system. Responsible for developing a work plan for the implementation of "SuccessFactors".•Organize HR information for easy access, to continuously receive business insights by introducing ongoing HR reports.•Lead all technical aspects of "SuccessFactors" projects, including: systems integration, testing, training, and post-production support.

•Increasing the efficiency of the HR team by managing and organizing global employee data collection, using the "SuccessFactors" (SAP) HR system.•Change management within the HR processes by moving all tasks using "SuccessFactors".•Organization of HR information for easy access, in order to receive business insights by introducing ongoing HR reports.
